St Petersburg Ballet Theatre

Founded by Konstantin Tatchkin.
Currently touring Britain through February 14th, 2008. They will be dancing ‘The Sleeping Beauty’, ‘Swan Lake’ and ‘The Nutcracker’. At seven of the venues there will be a Gala performance with fully-staged excerpts from several different ballets – Chopiniana, Paquita, the Spanish panaderos dance from Raymonda, Harlequinade, Auber’s Grand Pas Classique, and Fokine’s The Dying Swan.
